Before he became the driving force behind Charter Bank's early development, he served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Banking for Key Bank of Washington. Keith's prior positions also include Commercial Real Estate Division Manager for Puget Sound Bank and Credit Administration Vice President for U.S. Bank.

Before joining Keith and Terry in the formation of Charter Bank, Rick was a Senior Vice President at Centennial Bank in Olympia, Washington. A graduate of the University of Washington, Rick has over 15 years of extensive experience in the financial services industry, including 6 years with Enterprise Bank in Bellevue and 5 years with University Savings Bank in Seattle. Before entering the banking industry, Rick, a certified public accountant, was employed in the Seattle office of Pannell Kerr Foster.

Alan has been with Charter since formation of the bank in 1997. With more than 20 years of banking experience, Alan brings expertise in commercial, consumer, and real estate lending, including construction lending. A community leader, Alan is active in several civic and charitable organizations, has served as a past chair of the Bellevue Downtown Association and was named a Volunteer of the Year in 2005 for the YMCA. Alan is a graduate of Willamette University in Salem, Oregon and a 1986 graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.

Mike has 15 years of banking experience, including past positions in commercial loans and loan operations. Prior to joining Charter Bank, he served as Chief Financial Officer for a local family-owned manufacturing company. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Puget Sound and an MBA from the University of Washington. He has held leadership positions in various local community service and trade organizations, and is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Kent Sunrise.

Liz brings more than 35 years of banking experience to Charter Bank, including 15 years as Vice President of Eastside Business Banking with US Bank in Bellevue. Prior to joining Charter Bank in 1998, her entire banking career was with the same institution, beginning with Peoples Bank, which later was acquired by US Bank. Liz is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School. She has been active in a number of community organizations in Seattle and on the Eastside including serving on the board of the Family Resource Center and the Eastside Adult Day Center. Liz is currently a member of the YWCA Finance Committee and the Washington Women's Foundation.

Andy is currently the Chief Risk Officer for Charter Bank. Prior to this role, he served as the Bank's Senior Credit Administrator. Andy has been in banking for over 24 years, 19 of which were with Seafirst Bank/Bank of America where he held various positions with responsibilities for client relationship management, centralized credit underwriting, credit administration, regulatory compliance, product development, CRA lending program development and management, and credit process design, development and implementation at both state and national levels. Prior to starting his banking career, Andy served for six years as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army. He earned a Bachelor's degree from Washington State University, received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Puget Sound, is an Honor graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School and is RMA Credit Risk Certified. Andy serves on the board of the local chapter of the Risk Management Association, and is a member of the Bellevue Arts Museum Finance Committee.

Before joining Charter Bank in July 2004 to head up our Redmond team, Andy was the Senior Vice President & Market Manager for Bank of America's Eastside Business Banking team. With over 20 years in business banking, her career has spanned Peoples Bank/US Bank and Seafirst/Bank of America. Andy is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and has been involved with the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, Bellevue Downtown Association and Seattle Special Olympics.
Tom Robertson, Senior Vice President & Manager of Information Technologies
Tom has 26 years of experience in the field of financial-related information technology, including systems programming, development, and networking. Since joining Charter Bank in 2000, Tom has been instrumental in forming technology goals and policies. He graduated from the University of Washington in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree in numerical analysis.
