Winslow Hayes has joined the Seattle branch of Charter Bank as vice president and relationship manager, President and CEO Keith Jackson announced today.
Hayes brings 29 years of banking industry experience to his role, including 20 years experience in commercial credit and relationship management. He comes to Charter Bank after 24 years of service to U.S. Bank. Most recently, Hayes served as a relationship manager in the private client group.
Since 1996, Hayes has specialized in providing full service business and personal banking to physicians, dentists, and clinics. He understands the time constraints of healthcare professionals as well as how their business and personal financial needs can be intertwined. He facilitates the convenient delivery of products and services from practice acquisition loans and equipment financing to high-yield personal checking accounts and other products and services.
Hayes earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington. He graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School with honors in 2002.
Sylwia Starzynski joined Charter Bank last month as a relationship associate. She earned a Master of Arts in Finance and Banking from the University of Szczecin, Faculty of Economy and Management, Szczecin, Poland. She is continuing her formal education in business at the University of Washington.
Starzynski brings several years of banking experience with Bank of America to Charter Bank, along with additional business experience in banking, retail, and life insurance from positions held while living in Poland.
